Walk Score 98, so most guests park the car and leave it. 🛏️ Where you'll sleep (sleeps 5) • Bedroom: queen bed, blackout shades, closet, hangers and a full-length mirror • Living room: queen sleeper sofa • Nook: double bed off the living area, closed by a curtain. Kids love it. • Two sets of cotton linens per bed, plus extra pillows and blankets • 🛁 One full bathroom with a tub, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash 👨‍🍳 The kitchen & dining A full kitchen for cooking in: full-size fridge and freezer, oven and stove, dishwasher 🍽️, microwave, toaster and blender. ☕ Keurig pod coffee maker, electric kettle and tea. Cookware, a baking sheet, knives and cutting boards, cooking basics, dishes, glassware, wine glasses and an opener. Starter supplies are stocked so you're not shopping on night one, and Trader Joe's and Safeway are a short walk. There are no cameras inside the apartment. • 🪪 Licensed DC short-term rental, Hosted registration 5007242201003469. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver from a third-party insurer at $25 per day, capped at $49 per stay. 🏘️ Capitol Hill is DC's classic rowhouse neighborhood: tree-lined streets of 19th-century homes a few blocks from the Capitol dome. You're between Eastern Market and Barracks Row, so coffee, bakeries, 30+ restaurants and weekend markets are all on foot, and neighbors walk their dogs to Lincoln Park in the evening. It's a real residential street that goes quiet at night. 🌳

Self check-in with a keypad code at your own entrance, one step down from the sidewalk, so arrive on your schedule after 4 PM. The upstairs unit is a separate rental with its own entrance. Owner storage closets aren't part of the stay. 🚗 Bringing a car? We'll arrange a free DC visitor parking pass for one vehicle.
