Made for convention-goers, couples and small families who want to walk everywhere downtown. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4. Crib available, in-unit washer, desk space. Mount Vernon Sq Metro is 1 block away; the Convention Center is about a 5-minute walk; Capital One Arena and Chinatown about 10 to 12 minutes; the National Mall about 25. Pets welcome (up to 2, listed on your reservation). The space is well lit and has its own bathroom, kitchen and private unit entrance. The common building stairway is outside the units. You will NOT go through other units to reach your apartment. Where you'll sleep (up to 4 guests): Bedroom: one king bed. Living room: a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest. There are no air mattresses. Message us if you are interested in toddler friendly stay options. We'd be happy to help set up a baby/toddler friendly arrangement for you. The property is a block away from the Mount Vernon Sq Metro stop (Yellow and Green lines). If arriving from DCA (Reagan) airport: take the Yellow line towards Greenbelt and get off at Mount Vernon Sq. If arriving from IAD (Dulles) airport: take the Silver line towards Largo and get off at L'Enfant Plaza. There, change to the Yellow or Green line towards Huntington or Branch Avenue (you'll go to the upper level for those platforms). Get off at Mount Vernon Sq. Your apartment is a block away from the Mount Vernon Sq Metro stop.

🏙️ Mt. Vernon Square is one of the most walkable, best-connected corners of DC, right between the Convention Center, Chinatown and the Penn Quarter dining scene. The block itself is a real DC residential street of brick rowhouses under big old trees, so you get downtown energy with a neighborhood feel. 🌳

Guest Access

🔑 The whole ground-floor apartment is yours: private entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Contactless self check-in with a keypad, so arrive on your schedule. Come to the front of the building on 6th St NW, never the alley. Go through the front gate and up about 7 steps to the building's front door: that's the first keypad. Inside, your apartment door is on the right and has its own keypad, with no interior stairs. The same code opens both doors: it's the last 4 digits of the phone number on your reservation, and it's also in your SuiteOp guest portal. The alley, patio and back deck aren't part of the rental.

Find us

You won't need a car here, and honestly, you'll be happier without one. 🚇 The Metro is one block away, and rideshares are everywhere. 🅿️ If you do drive: there is no guest parking at the building, and cars left in the alley or the spot behind the building are towed. Street parking nearby is limited to 2 hours unless you have a free DC visitor parking permit, which you must request online before you park. The step-by-step parking instructions will be provided in your SuiteOp guidebook. Please watch the posted street-cleaning signs. Paid garages are about a block away; overnight rates vary, so check the posted rate before you leave the car.
