The place was obviously recently remodeled and looks great. Just like the pictures. It is very comfortable for 4. It’s in a basement so you may hear occasional noise from upstairs but it was very minimal. Good neighborhood and close bike stations for rental.

As a highly walkable neighborhood, North Capitol Hill is a great area for walking and enjoying the beautiful row homes and little shops as you explore. Street parking is available but just be mindful of signs and also display the parking pass when parking on the street. Buses are readily available and a great way to get around as well.
