Bedrooms and Baths
• Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom is accessible through the unique spiral staircase to the second floor suite. Featuring a luxe Helix king bed with premium hotel quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, wake up to the sun's rays pouring in while you enjoy a cup of coffee brewed in-room on your private balcony with the best view in Winchester!
• Second Bedroom: This room also offers a luxe Helix king bed with premium linens, hugged by two walls of windows allowing a flood of sun guaranteed to energize those who stay there. Cozy up and slow down in the reading corner with a book you packed for these rare chances to unwind.
• Third Bedroom: Equipped with a luxe Helix queen bed with premium linens and a dedicated workspace, this room is perfect for another couple or older children.
• Bathrooms: Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Other Details to Note
Please drive slowly on the gravel roads (speed limit is 20mph) and especially carefully during inclement weather. 4WD is recommended when there is snow and heavy rain.
The road leading up to the cabin is a one-way and when leaving you will need to make a sharp left turn or a 3 point turn.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Guest Access
You will have full access to the living areas, dining area, and bedrooms within the cabin. Feel free to hang out on the outside deck, balconies, hot tub area and the fire pit area in the front of the cabin. Please refrain from venturing past the paved driveway below the cabin as it is fairly rocky, uneven, and with felled trees.

Great place, and a really nice location. The house was just as expected from the description, with an amazing view. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening.
Absolutely 5 star stay, but just a few comments:
The spiral stairs to the upstairs are narrow - taking my carry-on size suitcase up there was tight.
A very friendly Husky visited a couple days. Welcome surprise, but if you don't like dogs (or traveling with a dog that doesn't like dogs), you'll want to keep the deadbolt locked.
Biggest complaint is the required external "Happy Guest" site. As a privacy conscious person, I don't like uploading images of front AND back of ID, AND selfie holding ID to an untrusted 3rd party, registered to a rented mailbox in FL. Read their privacy policy and ToS first if that stuff matters to you (basically says they can do whatever they want with your images, but provides no details on what they actually do with them). Not sure I'd stay at a place that required that again.

Had such a relaxing and peaceful stay at Eugene’s! The view was insane and I loved looking at the stars at night. Am already looking for future availability so I can go back :) You won’t regret booking this place!

Had a great stay with friends and our two dogs! The location had a great view of the mountains! Eugene was very responsive when we had questions. Plenty of hikes and wineries within an hour of the location.

The view!! This place is worth the scenery, privacy, and peacefulness. Host provided clear instructions on how to access the house (located on a secluded one way road).
The house was modern, beds comfortable, and has multiple balconies and a hot tub with mountain views.
A few tips:
The staircase is very narrow and steep. We kept our suitcase downstairs because of this. It may be hard to access if you have mobility issues or if you are larger.
Water pressure is weak and temperature fluxuates.
The upstairs can get warm during the day.
Other than that, it was very comfortableness and highly recommended!
