staircase and climbing: This is a 3-floor townhome converted into Airbnb. This unit is on floor 3 and will require climbing the type of stairs that you find in normal townhomes. extra guest bedding arrangement: If you book for more than 2 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide rollaway bed and air mattress. We provide up to one rollaway bed for this unit. The place will comfortably sleep 3 people (1 queen mattress and a rollaway bed with mattress). Message us your requirements, such as estimated time of arrival and pets, if any, while booking, so we can prepare for your stay. For guests more than 2, the options are one twin rollaway mattress, one twin air mattress and one couch. Please note that this is a 500 sqft (typically larger than most DC/NYC type rooms). But we’ll be happy to accommodate you if you are looking for an affordable, quick stay for 4-5 people.
